Especially with stressed children, the gentle nature of Roman chamomile often proves its worth. Because of its calming effect and suitability for all skin types, it is used in many skin care products in Europe.

Roman chamomile is also beneficial when added to a massage oil and used for muscle tension after exercise. Roman chamomile was one of the nine sacred herbs of the Saxons.
