Relieve It is deeply relaxing, soothing the mind, melting tension and harmonising the body, when added to a carrier massage oil. Hand selected pure essential oils of Black Pepper, Hyssop and Peppermint for a refreshing combination. Simply add a drop onto the palms of your hands (diluting if necessary), rubbing together and taking in the motivating scents, ready to start your day right!

Ingredients:

Black Spruce (Picea mariana)* leaf oil, Black Pepper (Piper nigrum)* fruit oil, Hyssop (Hyssopus officinalis)* leaf oil, Peppermint (Mentha piperita)* oil.

May contain: Citronellol**, Geraniol**, Limonene**, Linalool**.
