Be gym-ready by diluting and applying onto your chest and neckline for a minty, energising and motivational boost! Dilute with a carrier oil for an after-work-out massage. Featuring Lemon for a bright and uplifting scent, restoring the mind, melting tension and harmonising the body. Works well with Forgiveness, Melrose or Release essential oil blends.

Camphor (Cinnamomum camphora)* leaf oil, Lemon (Citrus limon)* peel oil, Wintergreen (Gaultheria procumbens)* leaf oil, Peppermint (Mentha piperita)* oil, Eucalyptus Radiata* leaf oil.
